xhAudioRecorder1 app for iPhone and iPad

xhAudioRecorder is both a audio recorder and a audio player for iPads.

The recorder has the following features:

-Audio file will be created in M4A format.

-Ideal for recording memos, lectures, conversation, or singing.

-For those who like to sing, use the integrated internet browser to locate your favourite karaoke music, sing along, and use the recording function to record your singing. To play back, use the built-in audio player.
(Record function not available on youtube)

-New audio file names will be automatically created by the app, however it can be renamed to a meaningful title using the rename function.

-Delete function is available for removing unwanted audio files reside in this app.

-Music or audio files can be copied from the Music Library within the iOS device.


The built-in audio has the following functions:

-Plays MP3, M4R, M4A formats.

-has setting for turning on or off repeating for playback audio files.
-has slider for volume control.
-has progress slider for positioning control.
-has play, pause, stop controls.



This app has the iTunes file sharing function so audio files can be imported or exported using iTunes.


To transfer media files to iOS device - connect MAC/PC with USB, run iTunes 11.1.4 or above. In iTunes, Devices->(Your iPad)->Apps, drag the slider down, select xhMediaPlayer in the File Sharing and use "Add..." button on the lower right corner to add files.


Note: This app requires iOS 7.0 or later. Compatible with iPad.
